Innovating smart solutions with cutting-edge technology
End-to-end expertise
Sensimity is a beacon in the world of smart device technology. Our journey is marked by a deep commitment to research, development and manufacturing of advanced smart devices, integrating the latest in sensor and beacon technologies.
From the initial stages of hardware and software development to the intricacies of mechanism design and mould making, our process is geared towards delivering excellence in production. We don't just create products; we craft experiences.

Meet our team

The technology end of the chain — sensors, firmware and what the AI-lert Box has to prove before it goes on a mast.

Runs the operation across both offices: production, programmes and getting devices from bench to site.

Revenue and partnerships — the airports, authorities and retailers who put our hardware to work.
Our presence across the Caribbean, from hospitality deployments to industrial sites in the region.

Remembered with gratitude by everyone at Sensimity.
Our projects
| Client | Sector | Location | What we delivered |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cargill | Agri & bulk | Netherlands | Temperature and humidity monitoring across storage, reported on one dashboard. |
| Koole Terminals | Tank storage | Netherlands | Stand-alone RS485 sensors on terminal infrastructure with continuous logging. |
| Antamina | Mining | Peru | Environmental sensing in a remote operation, built to survive it. |
| Jan de Rijk Logistics | Road freight | Netherlands | Proximity and condition data across yard and trailer movements. |
| Indonesia Beach Center | Hospitality | Indonesia | Beacons behind the Dealiteful rollout — offers reaching guests already on site. |
| Ocean Hotels | Hospitality | New Jersey, USA | Software sensors across hotel properties, delivering guest-facing proximity. |
| Duty Free Canada | Border retail | Canada / USA | Heatmaps and dwell analysis across duty-free locations on the border. |
What our customers say
The beacons let us reach guests who are already on the beach, at the moment the offer is worth something. That was not possible with signage.
We ran Sensimity software sensors across our New Jersey properties. It delivered exactly what proximity was supposed to deliver, without asking guests for anything.
For our border locations we can finally show how people move through the shop, and act on it the same week.
FAQs
What is the difference between the two sensor families?
iBeacon-integrated units broadcast over Bluetooth and can be read by any phone in range — no wiring, no gateway. Stand-alone RS485 units are wired into a gateway for continuous, high-frequency logging. Many sites use both.
Do you sell devices, or whole systems?
Both. You can buy sensors and beacons wholesale, take a white-label version under your own brand, or hand us a concept and get a finished product back through the ODM programme.
Does proximity mean you are tracking people?
No. A beacon broadcasts; it never learns anything about the phone that hears it. In our apps the matching happens on the device and no location history is uploaded, sold or profiled.
When can we get an AI-lert Box?
It is in development and running as a pilot programme through 2026. Apply with your site type and what you are trying to prevent, and we will come back with a configuration and a timeline.
Can the dashboard feed our own systems?
Yes. Everything on the dashboard is available over the API, and alerts can fire as webhooks into whatever you already run.
How far does a beacon actually reach?
Up to about fifty metres for a confident "in sight", and further again on open ground with a clear line of sight. Under two metres means "it is right here". Cars, walls and water shorten it.
